Adult Class Schedule

We offer beginner martial arts classes for adults six days a week. New students and beginners are always welcome, and your first week of classes is free! Please let us know you are coming by scheduling an orientation and trial class on this quick form.

Monday
6:00 – 7:30 p.m.: Basics Class (all levels, beginners welcome)
7:30 – 8:30 p.m.: Sparring (Open to High White Belt & above)

Tuesday
4:45 – 6:00 p.m.: Basics Class (all levels, beginners welcome)
6:05 – 6:55 p.m.: Forms Class (all levels, open to enrolled students)
7:00 – 8:30 p.m.: Sparring Concepts Class (all levels, beginners welcome)

Wednesday
4:30 – 5:30 p.m.: General Class (all levels, beginners welcome)
6:15 – 7:45 p.m.: Advanced Class (Red Belt & above; instructor permission required)

Thursday
4:45 – 6:00 p.m.: General Class (all levels, beginners welcome)
6:05 – 6:55 p.m.: Forms Class (all levels, open to enrolled students)
6:05 – 6:55 p.m.: Green Belt Class (Alternating Chi Sau / Grappling curriculum, open to Green Belt & above)
7:00 – 8:30 p.m.: General Class (all levels, beginners welcome)

Friday
5:30 – 6:30 p.m.: General Class (all levels, beginners welcome)
6:30 – 7:30 p.m.: Blue Belt Class (Grappling / Groundwork, open to Blue Belt & above)

Saturday
11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. General Class (all levels, beginners welcome)
12:15 – 1:15 p.m.: Sparring (High White Belts & above)
1:30 – 3:00 p.m.: General Class (all levels, beginners welcome)
3:05 – 4:00 p.m.: Forms Class (all levels, open to enrolled students)
3:05 – 4:00 p.m.: Green Belt Class (Alternating Chi Sau / Grappling curriculum, open to Green Belt & above)
