Adult Class Schedule

We offer martial arts classes for adults five days a week. New students, beginners and drop-ins are always welcome, and your first two weeks are free! Please let us know you are coming by filling this quick form.

Monday
12:00 – 1:00 p.m.: Circuit Training (all levels)
6:00 – 7:00 p.m.: Sparring (high white belts & above)
7:15 – 9:05 p.m.: Basics Class (all levels) incl. Body Conditioning

Tuesday
5:45 – 6:45 p.m.: Forms Class (all levels)
6:45 – 8:30 p.m.: Fundamentals Sparring Concepts Class (all levels) incl. Body Conditioning
8:30 – 9:00 p.m.: Open Floor (all levels)

Wednesday
12:00 – 1:00 p.m.: Circuit Training (all levels)
6:15 – 7:15 p.m.: Advanced Class (instructor permission required)

Thursday
6:00 – 7:00 p.m.: Forms Class (all levels)
6:00 – 7:00 p.m.: Chi Sau / Grappling Class (green belts & above)
7:15 – 8:55 p.m.: General Class (all levels) incl. Body Conditioning

Saturday
11:30 – 12:30 p.m.: Chi Sau / Grappling Class (green belts & above)
12:30 – 1:30 p.m.: Sparring (high white belts & above)
1:40 – 3:00 p.m.: General Class (all levels) incl. Body Conditioning
3:00 – 4:00 p.m.: Forms Class (all levels)
