Yellow Belt One Stripe One-Steps

Students in the Kids program (age 6–9) will learn One-Steps 4–6 when they have one stripe on their Yellow Belt. Students in the Teen program (ages 10–14) will learn One-Steps 4–6 when they are High White Belt.

The ‘Attack’ is the same as one-steps 1–3.

4. Step back into a horse stance with the right leg, execute a left handed middle block (Outside-In), trap the attackers arm, spin clockwise and double elbow strike (low, high).

5. Step forward forty-five (45) degrees into a front stance with the left leg, execute a reverse rising block. Pivot ninety (90) degrees to the right, assume a front stance and execute a reverse punch.

6. Execute a left leg front kick, step forward into a front stance and execute a middle block. Then, execute a reverse middle punch.
