Chon-Ji Hyung

Students in all youth programs: Quarks (age 3.5–5), Kids (age 6–9) and Teens (age 10–14) programs learn Chon-Ji at Yellow Belt.

Chon-Ji Hyung (Heaven and Earth)

  1. Shift the balance to the right foot; pivot 90° to the left, front stance, down block.
  2. Step forward front stance, single middle punch.
  3. Shift the balance to the left foot; pivot 180° to the right, front stance, down block.
  4. Step forward, front stance, single middle punch.
  5. Shift the balance to the right foot; pivot 90° to the left, front stance, down block.
  6. Step forward, front stance, single middle punch.
  7. Shift the balance to the left foot; pivot 180° to the right, front stance, down block.
  8. Step forward front stance, single middle punch.
  9. Shift the balance to the right foot; pivot 90° to the left, back stance, inside middle block.
  10. Step forward, front stance, single middle punch
  11. Shift the balance to the left foot; pivot 180° to the right, back stance, inside middle block.
  12. Step forward, front stance, single middle punch.
  13. Shift the balance to the right foot; pivot 90° to the left, back stance, inside middle block.
  14. Step forward, front stance, single middle punch.
  15. Shift the balance to the left foot; pivot 180° to the right, back stance, inside middle block.
  16. Step forward, front stance, single middle punch.
  17. Step forward, front stance, single middle punch.
  18. Step forward, front stance, single middle punch, KIHAP!
  19. Step backward, front stance, single middle punch.

Step left foot forward, return to ready stance.
