Terra Moto

Terra Moto is the second form in the Quantum Style written by Master Rachael Evans.

Students will learn Terra Moto at the following levels in their curriculum:
Adults: Yellow Belt
Teens (ages 10–14): Green Belt
Kids: (ages 6–9): Blue Belt

Terra Moto

  1. Step forward with the left foot, assume a back stance and execute a guarding block.
  2. Execute a front leg front kick, step backward, assume a back stance and execute a guarding block.
  3. Execute a front leg round kick, turn attention 90° to the left, step down into a horse stance and execute a right targeted elbow strike.
  4. Execute a step-up side kick, step forward, assume a back stance and execute an inside knife-hand strike.
  5. Grab attacker’s head and execute a targeted outside crescent kick. Step forward, assume a front stance and execute a palm heel strike (High).
  6. Execute a round kick, step forward, assume a walking stance and reverse punch.
  7. Execute a round kick, step forward, assume a walking stance and reverse punch.
  8. Step forward, assume a front stance and execute a triple punch (high; middle, low), KIHAP.
  9. Shift the balance to the right foot, pivot 270° degrees to the left, assume a front stance and execute a reverse outside middle block.
  10. Execute a front kick, step forward to a front stance, reverse dropping knife-hand strike.
  11. Shift the balance to the left foot, pivot 180° degrees to the right, assume a front stance and reverse outside middle block.
  12. Execute a round kick, step forward, assume a back stance and execute a guarding block.
  13. Shift the balance to the right foot, pivot 90° degrees to the left, assume a front stance and down block.
  14. (Full re-chamber) Reverse punch.
  15. Step forward, assume a front stance and rising block.
  16. (Full re-chamber) Down block.
  17. Step forward, assume a front stance and palm-heel strike (High).
  18. Step forward, assume a front stance and palm-heel strike (High).
  19. Step forward, assume a front stance and triple punch (low, middle, high), KIHAP.
  20. Shift the balance to the left foot, pivot 270° degrees to the right, assume a back stance and execute a guarding block.
  21. Execute a front leg sidekick, step down, assume a horse stance, inside knife-hand strike.
  22. Slide the right foot to the left foot, slide the left foot out to the left, assume a horse stance and inside knife-hand strike.
  23. Execute a front leg side kick, step forward, assume a back stance and execute a guarding block.
  24. Shift the balance to the right foot, pivot 90° degrees to the left, assume a back stance and execute a guarding block, KIHAP.

Move your left foot forward to the ready-stance.
