Basic Form

Basic Form, or Key Bong Hyung in Korean, is the first form students learn at Quantum Martial Arts. This form is taken from the traditional Tae Kwon Do curriculum, as an homage to the TKD roots of the beginner curriculum at Quantum.

Students in the Adult, Teen, and Kids programs at Quantum will learn this form and perform all 20 steps of Basic Form for their first belt test.

Students in the Quarks program will learn the steps of Basic Form in smaller sections in order to test for blue, red, and black stripes on their white belts. Please ask an instructor for more details.
