Start from ready stance ( chum-bi) B

1. Turn to your left, and step out with left foot into a back stance knife hand middle block.
2. Pull your left foot back and execute a front leg front kick.
3. Place left foot on the ground and step forward into a cat stance while executing a rising palm block.
4. Turn to your 180° to the right, and step out into a back stance knife hand middle block.
5. Pull your right foot back and execute a front leg front kick.
6. Place right foot on the ground and step forward into a cat stance while executing a rising palm block.
7. Turn your attention 90° to the left, with your left leg step into a back stance knife hand guarding block.
8. Maintain your position and step your left foot over into a front stance, execute a rising elbow strike.
9. Step forward into back stance knife hand guarding block.
10. Maintain your position and step your right foot over into a front stance, execute a reverse rising elbow strike.
11. Step forward front stance- twin high punch.
12. Step forward front stance- twin upper cut. KIHAP!
13. Turn 180° to you left and step backwards into a front stance- high X-Block.
14. Bring right foot forward and turn 90° to the left, step into a back stance and execute a left horizontal back fist.
15. Pull left hand back to right hip.
16. Step left foot over into a front stance and execute a reverse middle punch.
17. Turn attention 180° to the right, moving your left foot step up, then step right foot into a back stance and execute a horizontal back fist.
18. Pull left hand back to right hip.
19. Step right foot over into a front stance and execute a reverse middle punch.
20. Pull right foot back while turning your attention 90° to the left, step out with left foot front stance re-enforced middle block.
21. Step left foot over into a back stance, middle side punch.
22. Right leg side kick
23. Step down into a front stance re-enforced middle block.
24. Step right foot over into a back stance, middle side punch.
25. Left leg side kick – KIHAP!
26. Step down into a back stance knife hand guarding block.
27. Move left leg over into a front stance and execute right palm pressing block.
28. Step forward into a back stance knife hand guarding block.
29. Move right leg over into a front stance and execute left palm pressing block.
30. Pull left foot up while pivoting on right foot 90° to the left, (slowly) execute a turning punch with right hand.
31. Step forward with right foot into a back stance, stick block.
32. Turn 180° to the left step forward with left foot into a back stance, stick block.

Move left foot back to Chumbi.
