Gravity

  1. Shift the balance to the right foot, pivot ninety (90) degrees to the left, assume a front stance and down block.
  2. Step forward, assume a front stance and middle block (Inside-Out).
  3. Shift the balance to the left foot, pivot one-hundred eighty (180) degrees to the right, assume a front stance and down block.
  4. Step forward, assume a front stance and middle block (Inside-Out).
  5. Shift the balance to the right foot, pivot ninety (90) degrees to the left, assume a front stance and down block.
  6. Reverse punch.
  7. Step forward, assume a front stance and rising block.
  8. Step forward, assume a front stance and rising block.
  9. Step forward, assume a front stance, middle punch and kihap.
  10. Turn around and middle punch.
  11. Execute a front kick, turn your attention 90 degrees to the left, assume a horse stance and double middle punch (right, left).
  12. Turn your attention ninety (90) degrees to the right, execute a front kick.
  13. Pivot ninety (90) degrees to the right, horse stance and double middle punch (left, right).
  14. Shift your attention straight ahead, shift the balance to the left foot, step forward and assume a front stance and middle block (Outside-In).
  15. Execute a round kick, step forward, assume a front stance and reverse punch.
  16. Step forward, stance assume a front stance and reverse punch.
  17. Turn around, assume a front and middle block (Outside-In).
  18. Execute a round kick, step forward, assume a front stance and reverse punch.
  19. Step forward, assume a front stance and reverse punch.
  20. Shift the balance to the left foot, pivot two-hundred seventy (270) degrees to the right, assume a front stance and rising block.
  21. Execute a front kick, step forward and assume a fighting stance.
  22. Execute a front kick, step forward, assume a front stance, triple middle punch and kihap.
  23. Shift the balance to the right foot, pivot two-hundred seventy (270) degrees to the left, assume a front stance and down block.
  24. Execute a crescent kick (Outside-In), step forward, assume a front stance and reverse punch.
  25. Shift the balance to the left foot, pivot one-hundred eighty (180) degrees to the right, assume a front stance and down block.
  26. Execute a crescent kick (Outside-In), step forward, assume a front stance and reverse punch.
  27. Shift the balance to the left foot, pivot two-hundred seventy (270) degrees to the right, assume a front stance and down block.
  28. Step forward, assume a front stance and middle block.
  29. Step forward, assume a front stance and rising block.
  30. Step forward, assume a front stance, middle punch and kihap.
